Who unfollowed me between two dates?

Request two exports and compare them: one recent ZIP and one with an earlier end date.

  • In Accounts Center, request a recent export ZIP.
  • Request another export with Date range → Custom and an older end date.
  • Diff shows changes between both snapshots.

Step-by-step

  1. Download a recent Instagram export ZIP (JSON).
  2. Download an older export ZIP (custom end date).
  3. Open SecureFollow → Diff and load Before/After ZIPs.
  4. Review Unfollowers, Not following back, and Mutual changes.

Limitations

  • Exports are snapshots, not real-time events.
  • Diff shows changes between two dates, not the exact moment.
  • Some accounts may be missing if Instagram omits data.

Privacy

  • No password required.
  • No uploads: everything runs locally in your browser.
  • Your ZIP stays on your device.
